Immoral, Inefficient, Ill-timed … René Cassin calls for halt to plans to expand Immigration Removal Centre

As part of our work with the Detention Forum and our ongoing campaign to end indefinite detention, René Cassin has called for a moratorium on the expansion of the detention estate. In line with this call we have submitted an official planning objection to Cherwell District Council opposing the doubling in size of the Campsfield Immigration Removal Centre in Oxfordshire.
